The 4.7 acre site was previously occupied by a tennis and racquet club. The clubhouse building was torn down to make room for phase one of a four phase church build out. The carefully sequenced completed project will include a 100,000 SF facility with sanctuary, education, children's theater, and gymnasium buildings, along with a four level parking structure.
